I love my ring and the peace of mind plan is amazing. It was only about $350 extra and I can get it resized, polished, and if any diamonds fall out they replace it for free for the rest of my life. Great customer service. Quality ring.
The folks in the location near Fashion Place Mall are incredibly kind and personable. I recently started having a reaction to my ring after wearing it for nearly 9 years and they couldn't have been more happy to help me fix the issue in a timely matter. I had a bad experience at another location years ago and have to say the positive experience with them today completely restored my faith in the company. Thank you guys!
Had my wedding ring cut off during pregnancy. The goldsmith here did a fantastic job at repairing and resizing it. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Quick turn around time.
The rings and jewelry themselves are good quality and decently priced. However, I made the mistake of buying a center diamond stone from them. I paid 2.5x the price for the diamond then I could have bought the diamond for elsewhere. They do try to provide good customer service. I have bought about a dozen items from them, and will continue to buy from them. However, do not buy any diamond for a ring from them.
The staff at Morgan's Jeweler's located in Fashion Place are friendly, put no pressure on us to buy, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly smile. They answered all our questions, listening to what I was looking for. They made us feel so special and genuinely cared about what we wanted. I ended up finding the perfect ring, having it fitted and wearing it home that night!!
