I highly recommend this jewelry store!! We started our business with them over 3 years ago when my then-fiance bought my engagement ring there. He went by himself (he didn't want me to know that he was looking at rings) and at the time he didn't speak a whole lot of English. But the woman there (I'm pretty sure it was Jane?) helped him pick out the perfect ring! When he proposed, I was a little hesitant. But then he opened the ring box and I couldn't say no! The ring was gorgeous!! I'd never seen anything like it! And he bought it at an extremely reasonable price considering it is a high quality diamond ring. The staff offers free cleaning on jewelry purchased there, no matter how many times you get it cleaned. There have been times where I've cleaned it there once a month because I want my ring to sparkle for special events. And boy do those rings sparkle after the cleaning they get at that store! They look brand new! We bought my husband's wedding ring there about 5 months before we got married and the price could not have been beat. I think Scott helped us that day and he was so patient as we picked out the ring. Every time I go in now to get my rings cleaned I always feel so welcomed. Their new store is spectacular and I can't help but drool over the rings in the cases as I wait for my rings to be cleaned. I especially love that over the years they have been able to maintain the same employees, so you don't have to meet new employees every time you go in. That just adds another touch of personal customer service. I love this place!
Paul and his team have an extensive background and a sincere desire to help their customers. They are great listeners and want to help you find the best option. They also have a great new location at the hallway intersection in the middle of Fashion Place Mall. Great people and great selection.
In and out in under 15 minutes. Was helped by Paul. No pressure environment, upfront, I never felt like I was being “sold” anything. An enjoyable experience- I will return again when I return from my travels. You have a new lifetime customer.

Went in on July 15th to purchase rings for a wedding this week. The wedding date was made clear to them and we were told the rings would be ready within 2 weeks from July 15th. The first ring was done in 4 days, but we still have yet to receive the 2nd ring. We are now 3 weeks out from the purchase date and only days from the wedding. For the last week, the only status they have given us is that they are waiting on the manufacturer and they will call them this week if the ring isn't in. Don't you think you should have called the manufacturer after the 2nd week passed and the ring hadn't showed up?! Especially where the wedding date was made clear. All this business has proven to me is that they only care about their customer service up until you have paid for the jewelry. After that, good luck getting them to give a rat's a** about you. I would never recommend anyone go here and recommend one of the other MANY jewelry shops in the area.
