I wouldn't go anywhere else. We had a specific design we wanted. After looking at other places we tried J Brooks, and they completely took care of us. They were able to custom make our ring, at a lower cost, with higher quality materials. Every day her ring looks like it is brand new.

He was knowledgeable and the things he didn’t know the rest of the team helped out. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. These guys have a customer for life due to their experience customer service and efficient manner in handling things.

J Brooks appraised my heirloom jewelry for free although it wasn’t purchased there. I had been turned away by several other jewelers the same day so they definitely went above and beyond! Not only were they accommodating, John was so kind and informative. He insisted on cleaning my valuable piece for free and even asked me to come back when I have more time to give it an even deeper clean. Thank you J Brooks for making my day!
