If you do not have a popular phone (iphone models, or mainstream samsung) call before you go in. They may not have everything in stock because this is a franchise location and not the main corporate store with all the selection.
ZAGG also has a patent cut on all of there products. Shields that aren't ZAGG brand cannot be replaced for the install price. (Because the brand is not theirs.)
They initially told me that I have a lifetime warranty and would not need to pay to replace my screen protector. That was absolutely not the case, pretty much charged me again to add their screen protector. Also a few days later my phone fell down... And my glass cracked..the screen protector did absolutely nothing. If you keep keys in your pocket... It will crack it. A total waste of money. I have tried out tricked out screen protectors as they are much more durable and thicker. I just hate how ZAGG fools their customers. I will never go back to them or recommend their products to anyone!
I've been a customer there for a couple of years now. Sadly there has only been a handful of times where the employees were actually pleasant. However the products they sell are of great quality! If their employees weren't so salty all the time I would of given them 5 stars.
The single star is for the kiosk. The rep first told me he could replace my 6 screen as it wasn't "one of theirs" even after I explained that I'd bought it 2 years ago from a local mall. So paid full price
Best time to go to the mall kiosk is during the morning hours throughout the week. Afternoons friday through sunday are the busiest.
ZAGG products all come with a lifetime warranty. However all ZAGG stores will charge you for the install. If you don't wish to pay for the inatall price you can install the product yourself by ordering it online for $5.99.
