Of all days to go get my battery replaced.... the day the X came out. It turned out to be ok. I waited maybe 20 minutes at the Genious Bar before someone (wish I remembered his name) helped me. He was so nice and patient! I ended up having to get a new phone, but he was great overall! Thanks Apple!
Even though the store is generally busy, your appointment time is never accurate, and it takes a while to get any employees attention, I keep going back because there is one great Genius there. I think his name is Ryan, and he wears the rainbow Apple Watch band. He is so great and has probably helped me replace my phone 3 or 4 times under warranty. Every time I’m here I ask for him and I’m a little sad when he’s not there! Thanks.
Wish I read the reviews before I want. They are very accurate. The store has poor customer service. I have attempted to get my mac fixed three times now but had to leave because the wait times have been hours long. They will not let me schedule an appointment. Called in to the customer service line and they promptly scheduled me an appointment at the city creek location. Hoping for much better service.
Their system of helping people sucks. I'd rather go to the dmv. After you wait, you get to wait more. The appointment system is terrible. They really need to take a hard look at a different way to get people in and out better. Time management is definitely not a strong suit. Nice people though.
Always have been in and out. I wanted some AirPods, it was really busy but within 5 min she had some in hand, rung me up, and sent me on my way! Great service.
