After being with Verizon for 16 years of great service
I purchased a new cell phone at this T-Mobile Store for my daughter in December and the computer terminal froze after they swiped my credit card. They rang me up and swiped my card again on an other terminal to print a receipt and did not cancel the previous charge. So I was double charged. When I saw the charge on my VISA account a few days later I went back to resolve the issue with the sales associate who helped me and the manager. That was three months ago and I could not get Colby (the store manger,)or anyone at T-Mobile Customer service to remove the duplicate charge. This should have been easily and quickly resolved with a refund or charge credit, but has turned into a nightmare. T-Mobile and this retail store are the most dishonest/incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They will tell you anything to get a sale or sign you up...but when it comes to following through if there is any error in their favor...you had better just forget it.

Got my daughter hooked up with a new phone and watch and a free tablet, and added me and my hubby for $20/month unlimited everything and a free phone for hubby!! Love, love, love!!! Jacob A is worth the wait!!!!!
A couple weeks ago I walked into the T-mobile store in Fashion Place Mall needing a new phone and a tablet. I left with a new phone that I love (Samsung Edge) a tablet, a watch, a megaboom AND added my mom and dad to my line for $20 each AND my mom got a megaboom AND my dad finally upgraded to a new phone (he was still on some archaic Blackberry). So ya, holy cow I did not expect all this awesomeness to happen. Jacob Albor is the best sales rep I've every come across in all my years of using a cell phone. He knows his job intricately well, and has fun doing it. I really appreciate him showing us that we could have all of this, because really, with the payment plans, it is affordable. Plus, my parents are saving money with unlimited everything for $20 a month! Jacob went above and beyond for us once again a couple weeks later. He gave me a call notifying me that I qualified for a free a tablet that I was able to give to my niece. This kind of customer care is priceless! Thank you Jacob Albor, I absolutely love all my new toys. Happy Holidays!

I can't give this office less than 1 star, minus 5 would be the ideal, because the system does not allow me. In this store, 5600 & 900, I was "served" by 2 agents (the only ones working there today), that gave me an attitude and treated me like if I didn't understand what was going on. They were all the time ON THE DEFENSIVE, blaming others for the problem when I was clear with them that it was a corporation issue not their personal issue. These agents have to learn that they have to LISTEN to the customer, not PATRONIZE him/her. Worst customer service ever, and I have spent years with t-mobile.
