I had the best experience with David Mcloney when we went to buy a fridge for my mom. David was kind and listened to what we wanted and he worked on it until we got it. Along with being kind and patient with us he was also professional. That is a great combination! When I need another appliance, I will definitely ask for him only.
I was in a pickle. Our home movers screwed up the power cord to our adjustable bed. The bed was stuck in a position that is comfortable for TV watching, but not for sleeping.
These guys went above and beyond to make me happy and comfortable. There aren't very many companies that would go the extra distance for a customer. Come on, I'm nobody important. But, I was to them. That goes a long way in my book. Thank you Jared and Lawrence.

We had an excellent experience shopping for appliances at RC Willey. We initially went in just to browse and get an idea of what the cost may be. Mark Pistorius approached us and answered all of our questions with ease, simplicity, and honesty. He was not over-bearing and allowed us to continue looking around alone once he answered questions, but assured us that he was near by if we needed. We didn’t leave with any appliances, but we did leave with Mark’s card. When we were preparing to return to the store for another look, we sent him a text message and he promptly let us know that he would be around and able to help us. I can honestly say that Mark was a big reason why we decided to purchase from RC Willey. We did our homework and looked into other stores, but to us, customer service is huge and Mark did not disappoint. He made the whole process painless. Thank you Mark and RC Willey! We WILL be back!
I walked into the store on 861 East 6600 South in Murray Utah and headed for the sofa section. Paul Bolden met me, asked what I was looking for and showed me several different sofas. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I asked. In the end I found just the sofa I was looking for. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a new sofa.
He is calm and didn’t over pressure us while we were looking. He gave us lots of space, but was there when we needed him. I’d buy from him again. Thanks Cory for your attentiveness.
I called the RC Willey customer service number from my work place. The guy told me it would be Friday before anyone could come out. Say WHAT??? I was calling on a Monday, after sleeping (kinda) uncomfortably all weekend. No. So, I gambled and called the store where we bought the bed--the Murray store.
I was connected to Jared, a manager. He asked me to bring in my faulty plug, and he'd see what could happen. So, after work I darted home, grabbed the cord, and went to the store. For 45 minutes, Jared and a guy named Lawrence searched high and low for the same cord. They found one, handed it to me, and said they'd order me a new one, but to take this one and get the bed back to flat. And I did just that.
Also, I have to mention how exciting it was that I was able to get a free air fryer AND throw in a pressure cooker for only $20 more. So awesome!
It's true that you are more likely to hear about negative experiences rather than positive ones. I'm guilty of it, too. But, I HAVE to rave on RC Willey in Murray for going above and beyond to make me happy.
