***I take back this review, the manager called me to let me know that the phone system has been faulty and in the process of being fixed, she even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I needed to get a hold of her, I appreciate the follow up and the kindness they have shown me in this situation.***
Very happy with product and staff super nice!!!
I got some stuff from them back in 2014, but due to unforseen circumstances i had to move. I gave them back the items and they were checked off by the manager herself at the time. Everything was done and signed off, never having a late payment, no more money owed. 2017 they turn me into collections for the whole amount of the items because they "lost the paper work". This has now been going on for months and nobody knows what's going on. Now i can't even get a call back from the store or collection company. Never deal with these guys. Unorganized cheats.
These people are obnoxious!! Payment isnt even due yet and never been late but dosent stop them from blowing up my phone! I feel like im being harrassed and like im being ripped off. $3000 for a used couch by the time its paid off
I just barely called them twice and the phone rang for over 3 min both times with no answer, then it just hung up with no voicemail. Because of this, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
I love this staff and store. This is a great place to build relationships. Feel like family!
