We really like the items we've ordered from them. Would rate 5 stars based on products alone. However, we ordered a couch from them in September and was told if we be here by Mid December. Well it's now February and still no couch. This isn't the first time we've seen a major shipping delay from Crate and Barrel.

I don't even think they deserved any star on the review. I am so disappointed about their services. I bought a slipcover that the color is fading so quickly that they think it is not the manufacturer problem. I just could not think of such company has bad services like this. I think everyone should think twice if buying anything expensive there. Many of the furniture products are not in good qualities and I know they will not do much to help you if there are any problem.
Went in to get a gift for my mother-in-law, staff was super helpful and my mother-in-law loved the vase we got for her.
I've purchased my three couches and my dining room table from them because they are beautiful and I love the style. The customer service, though, is not as great. For the price we paid and the amount of money I've spent with them I had hoped for better. One of our couches have had a defect and I've tried for over a year now trying to get it fixed with no luck. I've been bounced between the store and phone calls to Crate and Barrell with each party putting the responsibility on the other. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I expected when I purchased furniture through them, that I would feel taken care of and I have not felt that way at all. It feels like once they take your money and are done with you.
