I was referred to Tim Dahle Nissan by a friend. Overall my experience was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Rafy was fabulous to work with and made the process very pain free and smooth. They were quick to respond to reimburse my friend her referral money they awarded her. I definitely would refer others here.
I would give this business a solid 3.5 stars. The salesman was green, only at it a few months. Still very easy to work with. No pressure sale!
I had the opportunity to work with Oscar to buy my Nissan Rogue. I just have to say if you want to buy a car you gotta go see Oscar at Tim Dahle. He is the type of salesman that actually listened to what I wanted. He didn't just sell the car he made sure I felt good about it too. He isn't the typically used car salesman you hear about. He is someone who cares about the customer not just getting his commission. That was really nice. Because of how he treated me and family I would come back to get another car in the future. Oscar is AMAZING!!!!
Perfect experience from the minute I walked in to walking out with everything I could have wanted. Upon entering for the first time I was quickly assisted. Karl, the sales manager, was beyond courteous and was very flexible and accommodating with all my needs and requests. Sean, the sales agent, was professional, respectful and had great knowledge of each and every car he showed us, demonstrating his passion to actually sell you something that is tailored to what you are looking for. From the start he was very forthcoming about the pros and cons of each car and held nothing back from us. Throughout my whole experience I never felt pressured or felt that I was being upselled on anything. The whole time I was given my space and time to think things through. 2 days after purchasing a used car in mint condition, we came back with a further request and concern and without a thought both Karl and Sean addressed it. Sean also called in a couple of days after leaving to make sure we had no concerns, questions or any other requests. Dedication at its best. Overall in my whole experience, I felt that I was now part of a community that really is looking out for the consumer and their needs for a change.
We did buy the car we went looking for and it was overall a good experience. It was very difficult to get someone on the phone after the purchase of the vehicle. One of the key fobs were not programmed. Leaving something to be fixed. Still the experience was good and we look forward to driving our new 2015 Rogue.
