I've never had a car-buying experience like that and I can't imagine I will again unless I return there, which I plan to. Jim is warm, caring, and comfortable. He anticipated our questions and the information we would want, and willingly shared and responded to us. There was no pressure, no pushing - it was comfortable and enjoyable. He and his wife run a small and very personable business that made it easy. He emphasized and it was clear that he only acquires and sells high quality cars. And he sells them at exceptional prices, far below what we could have gotten anywhere else, and below both KBB & NADA. We came away very satisfied and will recommend him and Happy Auto Sales to anyone.

Very disappointed with our experience here. Less than 3 WEEKS after we bought a car from them, the engine blew. We had to spend $3,500 to repair it and other parts of the car within the first month. This dealership needs to put more effort into making sure the cars they sell are in good working order. VERY DISAPPOINTED
