I love, love, love this shop. They are so helpful. Couldn't do it without them. EVERYONE should buy their shoes here. In shoes you get what you pay for. Actually, I think the prices reasonable for what you get--FEET COMFORT!!!
The sales person that helped us was very helpful and patient while first my mom tried on shoes and then I did. I only rated 4 out of 5 just because we didn't find any shoes that day. That being said, I may have had an easier time finding some if I had been shopping my myself. My mom has dementia and we had to coax her to try on any shoes that day. She's been needing new shoes but doesn't ever seem to like to try them on.
I have gone to this store for at least 14 years, always come back. My 4 daughters (who I started bringing in during jr. high) are so thrilled to find fashion and comfort in a shoe. Special needs? They can address almost anything. One daughter with 9 knee surgeries in 10 years, one with scoliosis and severe flat feet, one with "E" width feet, me with neuropathy from chemo, my mother-in-law who had balance issues...They are skilled, knowledgeable, kind, patient and have an amazing selection of footwear for both men and women.
Good selection of shoes. Over priced in my opinion. It was busy when I went, but 20 minutes is a long time for help.
