I wanted to purchase the shoe over the phone as I have recently had knee surgery and am unable to drive to go get them and my boyfriend would be picking them up on my behalf in no more than 2 hours and could provide the credit card at that time for confirmation if needed. She didn't even let me finish my first sentence and told me "no, no absolutely not" . I realize its a unique request but I need them on short notice and cannot wait for shipping if I order online. and this is the last pair in that size and color in the store. I asked her if I could provide her with my details and if she could hold them until my boyfriend could make it to pick them up (max 2 hours). Again, I was cut off and greeted with a rude and drawn out "Noooooooooooooo. I mean, maybe like, one hour but that would be stretching it"

Worst customer service ever. They wouldn't even greet me when I walked in let alone help me. The just sat there talking except for when a white person walked in then they greeted them with smiles. I then voiced my opinion which they acted like they didn't hear me and ignored me when I walked out. Am now going to call management and complain as I have not been treated like this in awhile. Been in a few times and most of the time I am treated poorly because I don't have a suit and tie on. This time was just over the top because they went out of their way not to help me.

An associate by the name of Dina easily has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was beyond, beyond rude. I called about a specific shoe, to which she told me they did not carry in the store. I purchased the shoe a few weeks prior and was looking to purchase the shoe again in another color. I explained this to Dina and she questioned me as if I was delusional asking interrogating questions. I spelled the name for her and then it clicked for her and she was sure to inform me I was not emphasizing the name correctly, so she had "no idea what I was talking about" and then corrected me on the proper pronunciation... which wasn't any different.

I have purchased from this store in person before and have been pushed to purchase a size larger than my actual shoe size just so they could finalize a sale. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These sales associates need a lesson in real world customer service and dial back their nasally rudeness.

Received a pair of awesome Aldo boots from my son and daughter -in- law for my birthday but they were the wrong size. I was a little hesitant going to the store, due to the bad reviews posted, thinking I would have a tough time exchanging them without a receipt; not so. In fact, it was a pleasant experience! A very nice young man named Matthew helped us right away... the store was very busy too! He found out they didn't have my size/color in stock, went to the backroom and got me my size (but in a different color) to make sure the size I wanted would fit, then offered to order them and have them sent directly to my house... wow...can't ask for better customer service than that! He was fast, efficient, and very friendly and made this experience great! Thank you Matthew!

I went into Aldo looking for a particular pair of black pumps. Since no one helped me after looking around I walked up to the counter where the two male sales associates were talking. I asked about the black pumps unsure of the name of them. The sales associate said, "Well there are lots of black pumps, I don't know which ones you're talking about." Instead of trying to help me, he was just rude about it. Then I decided I would just order them online at home but was not sure what size to get because I'm usually a 9 1/2 and they only carry size 9 or 10. So, I asked for a 9 and 10 of any shoe just to try on. They only brought me a 9 and then went back up to the cash register to continue talking. I finally just walked out, which neither of them noticed anyways. Overall, extremely rude associates and poor customer service. No help at all. I will definitely NOT be returning.

aldo shoes equals worst quality ever, i brought my shoes used them couple times and they look so old already, don't recommend them at all, bad bad quality. nice styles :(

I was silent. I was in disbelief as to what a train wreck this simple call was turning out to be
