I have used Grandpa's attic on multiple moves, and always been happy with the units, price, and service. Great people to work with, and a convenient location safe location. The onsite personnel take great care of the facilities and are wonderful to work with.
Perfect rate, perfect service. Ideal self storage for family that travels to Salt Lake City and drives to national parks but doesn't want to carry big luggage.
Everything is great. My only problem I have is i have went there on more than one occasion and it's closed way easier than its suppose to be. Like I said more than once or twice and they should have been which also made my bill late so I had to pay late fees cause of it.
Friendly staff.. Medium price range. Easy access.
Payed to move in, tested my gate code that day and it worked. Came back later that month to put away more items and was denied access using that same gate code. This company scammed me out of my money and then cost me almost $40 wasted on the u-haul I had rented to put items in my storage unit.
EDIT: Zach resolved these issues with their accounting and completely addressed my concerns, very satisfied.
