Lack of customer service.Lack of Brands and the brands they did have the had only 2 or 3 different models horrible store appearance. Will never go back to that store.
Employee here yesterday was acting like I was bugging her.
Useless staff. Literally fixated on nothing but their phones as I look at the products. I walked out with out a word spoken
Store was closed twice during open hours, on two different experiences. Once the employee arrived, they were fine but seriously...
I then asked how sizing works with sunglasses? She said she didn't know what the sizes meant or how they are measured, but that "people just know their size when they come in", as though it is my fault for not knowing? I feel like you only need to know a few things to sell sunglasses, but they were not present in this employee.
Asked if I needed help finding anything? Told the employee, yes and here is the model number of the pair I am looking for.. She then said to have a look through the drawers to see what I could find...
