My opinion of this place is that is very affordable and desirable place to live. It always appears very clean. It's an extremely good location close to stores, churches, dry cleaning, parks, libraries, theaters and a variety of other businesses. It's not on a main road but on a good short-cut; Gordon Lane which goes from 45th South on the East to State Street on the west. It's a diagonal Street.
