They don't call you back. You actually have to chase them down at their office to get any info. Too bad.
This guys are absolultly horrible to work with. They took over the property we where renting for ten years and immediately raised our rent by 50% of what we where paying. When talking to Arron about the sudden substantial increase he told me " it is what it is, it is not changing, if you don't like there are lots of other renters out there". I understand an increase but 50% in 30 days! So renters beware! Property owners beware, don't let these thugs turn your valued renters into just a number!
My wife and I are very upset with this HORRIBLE property management company. We had rented a house in Salt Lake that was under private owners for over 2 years, and our landlords decided to hire Stonebrook to take over the property management. Stonebrook said they would come in and inspect the house to make sure everything was up to par (which never happened). Months later we decided to move out of that house, and now Stonebrook is trying to nail us for repairs that we're not responsible for. If they came and inspected the house like they said they would, than things would be different. We moved into that house in almost the same condition we left it. We also had Dominion Energy come inspect the house before we moved out, and sure enough there was a carbon monoxide leak as well as a gas leak. The landlords didn't install the furnace or the water heater properly. Which is a huge liability for Stonebrook since they never inspected the house when they took it over. We are fortunate enough to not have any injury... Stonebrook will not take any responsibility for or anything. They are trying to get over $2000 out of us and we have no choice but to pay. I guess tenant rights are non-existent with these guys.This thug-like property management company does not care about their tenants, they only care about making money and whatever is in their own interest. DO NOT USE THEM!
These people do not care about tenants and they dont care about the properties they manage. Sink has been leaking for a month and ive called repeatedly to have it serviced no body calls me like their seceretary stated they would. She was not professional and had me on hold for 15 minutes twice! my. Kitchen now smells like a swamp and i cannot reach them online to pay rent because they have not responded to several requests to sign into tenant porta im going to ride out the lease unless i am dead soon from black mold and their negligence
Stonebrook is truly the WORST property management company of all time. They could not care less about the properties they take over, or the tenants renting them. They don't even come out to do any inspection of a property before they take it on. Very unprofessional, very shady.
