Went to Unleashed doggy daycare because of their awesome hours of 6-12, perfect for a nurse’s schedule. Everything went great until I brought my dog home and noticed a huge gash on his chest. The next morning I called Unleashed to calmly ask if anyone knew what had happened or if the wound was cleaned or anything. The woman on the phone was very unsympathetic said she “hadn’t heard about it.” I asked if she could ask any of the staff members that were on that day what had happened and to call me back, her response was “sure.” Never got a call back. The place is clean and nice but I didn’t appreciate that no one even cared to tell me anything about the gash when I picked him up, and that no one seemed to care when I called to ask about it either.
We've been taking our dog here for a while and she loves it. They really care about the dogs and make sure that they have the dogs in their best situation. Our dog was anxious the first time we dropped her off and they made sure to warm her up slowly to the other dogs. It was great. Now she loves going and gets excited to see the people and dogs she knows. Thank you for giving us a home away from home for or dog to stay.
My boyfriend and I take our two puppies there and they love it! I never have to worry because I know they are in good hands, the staff is so friendly and they really seem to care for our dogs! Stella and Aurora get so excited to go, when we pull out they practically jump out of the car. I cannot thank unleashed enough for taking such good care of our babies while we work. Knowing our dogs are safe and taken care makes it easier to drop them off. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
I love leaving my two King Charles Spaniels - Bailey and Fletcher at Unleashed. I primarily use the facility for daycare once a week and for grooming. The staff are always helpful and it is very apparent that my two boys love them, they are crying to get out of the car to come in and run to see whoever is greeting us at the desk. They always come home tired. I love Dominique the groomer, she has always done exactly what I asked and is very aware of my older ten year old dog who has arthritis and lets him rest when he is tired before proceeding. She does a fantastic job. I have referred two of my neighbors to Unleashed when they moved in and they have been taking their dogs there consistently and love the place also. The facility is always clean, I never see areas that need to be picked up and viewing the cameras occasionally, they are extremely prompt in picking up. Someone is with the dogs all the time, which is something I really appreciate.
This is my 4 legged baby's favorite place! I just love it here they take amazing care of him. He loves the pool! I love the cameras because let's face it I'm a crazy dog mom! The people are great! And I just love it here. I have taken Diego my labradoodle to 3 other places and he just loves it here! I can literally see house excitement as we get closer to the doors! I love the option of paying $6 and using the indoor park it gives Diego the opportunity to enjoy some extra pool time
