Panda has always been a favorite but this has happened multiple times and I will not be returning.
Worst experience of my life. Manager was on his phone the whole time. Yamilet ignored us the whole time didn't ask me if I wanted food after getting my boyfriend's plate order and plate ready ignored us 3 more times while trying to talk to her. They were out of everything by 830 on a Friday night. We waited for fried rice for over 10 mins until we finally just asked for something else. This place is ridiculous if I owned this chain id be disgusted by how my employees acted towards the customers.
They never have food ready, there's always a 10 minute wait at least on teriyaki chicken and a 6 minute wait on mixed veggies ? Can you not see when the food is getting low to make some more? I should have all the options available to me when I have a set 30 minute lunch I don't have time to wait on you.
Kind staff, but there is usually a long wait. Good Chinese food :)
One of the worst for Asian food. I haven't eaten here without feeling sick after.
