07/18/16: Our power is out. Over an hour and counting. We tried to call their 24 hour emergency hotline to report the outage. Not only does no one answer, but we are transferred to voicemail, really?! I'm glad my house wasn't on fire... and, on top of that, I couldn't leave a message, like I would have anyway, because the mailbox was full. Jeez....
Been out with power since 4pm. It's freezing outside. Go to call the number and it simply says, "extension is not valid." Way to go, Murray. You always keep impressing.
Power has been out since around 4pm, currently almost 8pm on a cold night. First ALL their lines were busy, and now it's a recorded message stating "that extension is not valid".
No problem for 10+ years in two different Murray homes. Fair pricing. Quick response for service requests. Not sure why there are so many negative comments.
