the girl who took my call was talking to people in the office when i came through she was laughing as very rude, i said hello 3 times, and she goes please hold, and places me on hold. when returning to the call she answered professionally but when i asked to speak with a manager she hung up on. then i call back and literally have to raise my voice for a manager because she doesnt want to transfer me. this is exactly why i chose a different insurance. very sloppy and unprofesional. a very simple skill to train these degenerates during hiring process would be to listen!!!
If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have never encountered a less compassionate, caring, or helpful company. Ever. They are inexpensive for a reason. You get what you pay for. If you're considering an insurance company, pay a few extra dollars for better customer service. Even if you're a safe driver. Accidents still always happen, and you don't want them representing you when they do. Wether it's your fault or not, they do not look out for your best interests. They only look after themselves. They don't care about their customers.

Called in the office for a "Quote" to verify the online quote. After I explained that I had some questions about the quote and coverage since I was price comparing, she said "I have to take payment on another call, I'll call you right back". It's been a day and no call back. Felt as if I was taking her time. I'll pay a little more and get better service if this is what they have to offer.
