WORST ER EVER!!! #MeToo. Went in with serious stroke like symptoms and the perverted doctor performed physical exams that made me exposed more body parts than necessary or applicable and did not perform any other exams/tests or even hook me up to any monitoring devices the entire time and we were there for over 2 hours. So completely disgusted and scared by this experience. In addition to that traumatic experience the facility was nasty and there was blood on the floor of the ER Room they put me in.
OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY - MD Alison DeSano
This was our first visit for my sister in laws pregancy check up. I went to support her for her first check up. MD Alison DeSano was very rude and disrespectful to my sister in law and the questions we had. Not my first recommendation ... I definitely don't want her delivering my soon to be niece.
The emergency department is the worst. They are rude and dismissive. Ask about how you wife is doing and they tell you they can't tell you due to HIPPA violations. An update on status is not a HIPPA violation. 6 people sitting on their butts and not one will bother to give me an update. Worst emergency department ever. Don't waste your time
I would reccomend the hospital it's beautiful and clean. The front desk woman was amazing and sweet. Don't stop coming here just because our experience - there is a lot of amazing people that work here and other MD you can choose from.
Communication is the WORST!!!! They'll ask whomever is in the room with the patient to make medical decisions and couldn't care less about medical power of attorney. They let my grandma go 3 days without food in case she needed surgery, even though we told them from the start we were not going to put her through surgery. Never communicated there was a problem. I gave them my number several times and outlined what our plan of care was, they always lost the information and didn't care. Many staff members were rude and poorly trained. The worst experience I have ever had with a hospital, EVER!
AVOID TERESA DAMERY AT ALL COSTS. This woman is the cruelest medical "professional" I have ever come across. My labor experience was terrible because of her. She was pushy and demanding, invasive (she burst my water without asking or informing me that was her plan), and told me varying atrocious things, such as "You won't be able to give birth, and will be in a long labor and will most likely end up as a C-Section." and she complained that I was "an unscheduled birth in her busy night." Even some of the nurses were astonished at how rude she was. It got to the point that I wouldn't let anyone go get her while I remained in labor, because I was more terrified of her touching me again than giving birth. (Which, by the way, I was in labor for no more than 4-6 hours.) Under no circumstance would I ever let this woman "care" for me again. Aside from her, there were a few nice nurses but our problems didn't cease, even when in the after delivery room. The staff knock, then barge in even when you have the curtain drawn and tell them you are not decent and to come back later, several of them still didn't stop and came through. The overall experience was horrifying and exhausting.
