Pretty cool store with a bunch of different containers. It is well organized, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but a little expensive.
Horrible service from Lindsai. She would prefer to lose a customer rather than use good customer service skills to maintain them. Sad but I do not see this store lasting as long as the customer service is this bad.
Has a lot of great stuff for all your organizational needs. I had gone in a couple weeks ago and bought a lot of stuff to organize my bathroom and had a good experience. There was one piece that wouldn't fit in my drawer, so I went back to return it. The older lady who returned the item was pretty rude about the whole thing. She rudely asked why we would return it, we politely told her it wasn't the right size. She then acted like she would only let us exchange it. When she finally did the return and we thanked her as we left, all she said was "okay". Overall not great experiences with the staff here.
I love this store. A lot of the items are a bit pricey, but when it comes to organizing my home, this is my new favorite place to start.
They have a pretty good selection, but I ended up leaving because every few minutes an employee interrupted me. Customer service is nice, but after the 5th employee approached me in about 30 minutes I just walked out.
