Nice on the phone. They didn't deliver on Friday, reset a date for following Monday, that never happened either, now trying to get refund, no response. They are however very prompt about taking your money. My advice use THE ROSE SHOP in salt lake city on Temple
This company is a fraud. The flowers were promised on a Friday before 4 pm. They were never delivered. Through an email they apologized and blamed it on the delivery agency. They said the flowers would be delivered before noon on Monday. When the flowers did not arrive, I telephoned to locate them, and the person who answered the phone left me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and telephoned again. When she heard it was me, she hung up. I telephoned from a different number, but when she realized it was me, she hung up again. I telephoned several times, only to be hung up on as soon as I pressed 2 for Customer Service. I will be reporting All Occasions Flower Delivery to the City of Murray (business is being run out of a home address), the State, and the Better Business Bureau.
I needed a unique center piece for a luncheon with a western theme. The menu was made up of western dishes and the entire room was to be decorated in old west decor. I explained that the arrangement was going on the table at the entrance where the seating cards were. I placed the order with All Occasions Flowers Delivery who I have had great success with in the past. Everyone raved about the flowers and cactus had to know what florist was so creative.
All Occasions Flowers Delivery has the most talented floral arrangers in the region. I order flowers from there all the time and they never stop surprising me with there magnificent creations. I hope they continue the great work forever. I will continue ordering from them for every occasion.
Disappointing, and kind of a pain in the neck. Maybe you'll have better luck. I'll try something else next time.
Online agent was nice and helpful. However, flowers weren't delivered on time, and I saw several repeat charges on my card account. I couldn't contact them via chat, email or phone until the flowers were finally delivered the next day. Got someone on the phone after that, but the signal was unclear and I couldn't understand what she was saying (full bars on my end, FWIW). From what I could piece together, problems with their payment processor lead to 4 charges on my card (3 still "pending", should disappear soon) and a foreign transaction fee. Couldn't make out the excuse for the late delivery, if one was offered.
I finally got an email receipt, at least.
