I didn't know my company was going to start laying off during winter so didn't know I need to sign the layoff papers they have so that u get a lower payment the months u are laid-off after making all payments on time I let them know that I was laid off instead of saying u are in good standing with us we will allow us to do the layoff program they just said we can't help u cause u didn't sign the papers because of that I will be letting everyone I know an work with just what kind of loyalty they have to there costumers good thing I work for a company that is world wide maybe I can save some ppl from making same mistake I made by getting auto loan through them thanks 4 taking time to read this an hope it saves u I will be contacting the bbb to see if they will look into this an why so many ppl are being treated wrongly I will be contacting ppl who wrote reviews and ppl they know to band together
Never late on a vehicle payment and they have the nerve to disable my vehicle and caused me lots of money. Grace the supervisor was very unprofessional and very rude. Yes, it is your fault... I made the payment on time and there is no reason for you or your company to shut down my vehicle. I am calling the BBB.
I just refinanced other debts under these guys. The staff was really friendly. I read the other comments for this place, and found the exact opposite to be true. They were right there, ready to help when I needed them. Thank you guys.
If there is any hope for this company to be successful the manger needs to go. Grace is the worst person I have ever talked to. She will demean you try to make you feel little and name call if you try to schedule late payments. I was only late once on my bill and grace would not work with me. She can eat the loan here soon. Don't go through the equitable finance company. These guys are horrible. And grace needs to be fired.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. The lady we dealt with was very rude and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Customer Service skills are pretty much nonexistent, and she doesn't care to freely give her opinion even when no one asked for it. She also talks to people like they are beneath her. I'm not sure why you'd be in a business that deals with people if you're going to act superior to them. I'm glad we are no longer with this company. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
