Hard to locate from the state Street, this is a quality car wash. They offered a free carwash in case of a rain within 48 hours of my carwash. The service is also great with a smile. They really made me feel cared for.
I had an incident and the whole front of my interior was ravaged with a nasty coffee residue. It took me a bit to find the place because when I pulled up it didn't look like anyone was there but once I found the entrance they came up and took over. I went with the their ultra wash option and wow. Not only did they get the coffee out (I spoke with the manager about this and he charged a bit extra which I agreed with... it was pretty bad) but they took care of EVERYTHING. They cleaned things I didn't realize needed cleaning. It was like getting into a brand new car! loved the service, spot on, will come again
See few bad reviews as mine with Prompt cleaning but seems they are careless, one day hopefully they will learn.
I WILL GIVE "O" rate if available to PROMPT CAR WASH .
I absolutely love Prompt. They are in a convenient location. Their prices are fair and they always do a good job. Only reason I rate them 4/5 is because sometimes you have to wait upwards of 15 minutes for someone to even come up to your car and ask what they can help you with. Other than that I enjoy the employees and the results I get each and every time I go.
Awesome detailed full car wash , really appreciate your efforts. I forget the name of the guy who assisted me , he hesitated to take tips also, bro you are different level, keep rocking. Thanks for good experience
About 10 min later we come back to explain how bad they did for plus service we pay ...MANAGER start raising his voice almost to kick us in the parking lot beside awfully remarks and I believe he definitely need ....a lot of P.R. classes to interact with customers in any situation .
Today we stop for a car wash @ Prompt...BIG MISTAKE beside taking an hour waiting they did not even do basic vacuum done right by not vacuum in clear visible places, inside windows are fogy and grease from their towels that clean outside and inside with them
